1.Who we are

PlugFame ("we", "us", "our") provides social-media engagement services — followers, likes, views, comments and similar — for public accounts across supported platforms. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, Telegram or any other platform. Our registered business name and address appear in the site footer.

2.Platform rules and the risk you accept

Please read this section before ordering. Buying followers, likes, views or other engagement is against the terms of service of every platform we support. That is a fact about those platforms, not a technicality.

This means:

• Only the platform decides how it enforces its own rules. We cannot control, predict or influence that.
• We cannot and do not guarantee that your account will not be actioned, restricted or penalised.
• Engagement delivered to your account may be removed by the platform at any time.
• Some decline in delivered counts over time is normal and is not a defect.

You order at your own discretion and accept this risk. If you are not comfortable with it, please do not order.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the account you are ordering for belongs to you, or that you are authorised by its owner.

4.Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate, public profile link or post URL — private accounts cannot be delivered to.
• Never share your password. We only ever need your public link; anyone asking for your password is not us.
• Do not change your username, make your account private, or delete the target post while an order is processing.
• Ensure your use complies with the rules of the platform you are growing, and with applicable law.

5.Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each product page and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing is stored on file for future billing. Payment is made in cryptocurrency and processed by our payment provider, Cryptomus; we never receive or store any card, bank, or wallet credentials — only a payment reference, the amount, and the confirmation status.

We may update pricing at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or targets an account without authorisation — in which case we refund it in full.

6.Delivery

Most orders begin within minutes of payment, and larger orders are delivered gradually so growth appears natural. Delivery speed varies by service and platform conditions: the times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. If an order never starts or cannot be completed, our Refund Policy applies.

7.Refills

Some services include refill cover for a limited window — most commonly 30 days, though it varies by service and some carry no cover at all. Refill cover is not universal and is shown on each individual package. Where it applies and your count drops inside the window, contact us with your order ID and we will re-place the order at no extra cost. Refills and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8.Acceptable use

• You may not order engagement for accounts you do not own or control.
• You may not use our services for content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• You may not use our services to impersonate, harass, or deceive others.
• You may not attempt to defraud us, abuse chargebacks, or interfere with or reverse-engineer our systems.

We may suspend, refuse or cancel service for any breach of this section.

9.Refunds and disputes

Our Refund Policy sets out exactly when a refund applies. Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly, and an agreed refund reaches you sooner than a chargeback. Opening a dispute for an order that was delivered as described, while refusing to engage with support, is a breach of these Terms and we may refuse future service.

10.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty about any specific business outcome, reach, revenue, engagement rate or algorithmic result. We do not control the platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, including removal of engagement or action against your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlugFame is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12.Severability & changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
